We take the load off the board

Serving on a co-op board is a voluntary role with a lot of responsibility. We take care of the finances, the maintenance and the big projects – you make the decisions.

Bright apartment building with balconies against a blue sky

We work with housing co-operatives in Skåne, from small associations with a handful of apartments to larger ones with commercial premises and garages.

You can hire us for a single renovation, for management, or both. The benefit of both is that the people planning the maintenance also know what it costs to carry out.

What we can take care of

  • Maintenance plan

What needs doing, when and at what cost – the basis for budgets and fees.

    • Condition survey of the property
    • Drafting and annual updates
    • Basis for allocations to the maintenance fund
  • Renovation under one contract

Pipes, roof, facade, windows or EV charging – coordinated under one contract.

Frequently asked questions

Which decisions must be taken at the general meeting?

It depends on the work and your co-op's statutes. Major renovations that affect members' apartments may require a decision at a general meeting, sometimes by a qualified majority. We help you find out what applies before you proceed.

Can you take over from our current manager?

Yes. We plan the handover with the board and your current manager so fees and payments continue as normal.

How are members kept informed during a renovation?

Through notices in the stairwell, letters and information meetings when needed. Members learn what will be done, when it affects them and who to contact.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the co-op and what you need. After a first meeting you receive a quote with a fixed price for management and separate prices for any projects.

Would you like a first conversation?

We are happy to attend a board meeting and explain how we work.
