Who we are
Solrik is a Skåne-based property management and construction company and part of Radiant Group. We look after housing cooperatives and property owners throughout a building’s life – from day-to-day management and maintenance to renovation and new construction.
What sets us apart is that the same organisation manages, maintains and builds. The people planning the maintenance know what the work costs to carry out, and the people renovating know how the building will be looked after afterwards. For you, that means fewer handovers, clearer responsibility and one contact who knows the property.

We take responsibility for the whole job, including what our subcontractors do. What is in the contract applies, and what we promise, we deliver.

Done right the first time. We document our work with self-inspections and hand over a property that is easy to look after.

Sustainability
Building and property management affect the environment and people for a long time. This is how we work.
Energy efficiency
We propose measures that reduce energy use – insulation, ventilation with heat recovery and better heating controls. Every proposal is costed, so you can see both the saving and the payback time.
Choice of materials
We choose durable materials and document them for future maintenance. Where possible we reuse materials instead of buying new.
Waste sorting
Construction waste is sorted on site into the required fractions, including wood, metal, plastic, plasterboard, glass and mineral waste. That cuts both the environmental impact and the cost of waste handling.
Safe working environment
Everyone should get home safely. We carry out risk assessments, draw up a work environment plan and act as safety coordinator (BAS-P and BAS-U) when required. A tidy, well-run site is part of the job.
