Renovation and conversion
We renovate residential and commercial buildings in Skåne – from single bathrooms to replacing the pipes in an entire building.

Renovating occupied buildings takes planning. We organise the work so residents know what is happening, when, and for how long.
You have one contact person who coordinates every trade – plumbers, electricians, tilers and carpenters – under a single contract.

Frequently asked questions
Can residents stay during pipe replacement?
Usually yes, but for a period the bathroom and kitchen cannot be fully used. We arrange temporary facilities such as showers and toilets, and inform all residents well in advance.
Can I get the ROT tax deduction?
Private individuals can get a ROT deduction for the labour cost of renovating their home. We deduct the amount directly on the invoice. The rules change from time to time, so check the current rules on the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
How do we know what needs doing?
We start with a survey and review the maintenance plan. Then you get a prioritised proposal, so you can choose what to do now and what can wait.
Is a building permit needed?
Some work, such as changing the facade or converting a loft, requires a permit or notification. We find out what applies and help with the application.
How much disruption will there be?
It depends on the work. The schedule shows which days will be noisy or have the water or power off. Residents are informed in the stairwell and by letter in good time.
