New construction of homes and premises
We build apartment blocks, houses and commercial premises in Skåne – at a fixed price, with one contact person from start to final inspection.

Come to us with finished construction drawings, or just an idea and a plot. We help with everything in between: design, building permits, cost estimates and scheduling.
During construction you have a project manager who keeps everything together and checks in with you regularly.
What we do
Apartment blocks
Rental and co-operative housing, with timber or concrete frames.
Detached, semi-detached and terraced houses
Single homes or small groups of houses.
Commercial premises
Offices, shops, workshops and warehouses.
Extensions and additional storeys
More space on existing properties – outwards or upwards.
Design-and-build or construct-only?
The contract type decides who is responsible for what. Both work well – it depends on how much you want to control yourself.
Design-and-build (totalentreprenad)
We are responsible for both design and construction. You describe what you need – function, quality and budget – and we develop the solutions.
- One party is responsible for the whole project
- Suits clients who want to hand over the details
- Normally governed by the Swedish standard contract ABT
Construct-only (utförandeentreprenad)
You, or your architect, produce the drawings and specifications. We build to those documents and are responsible for the workmanship.
- You control the design in detail
- Suits projects where the design is already complete
- Normally governed by the Swedish standard contract AB

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build?
It depends on size, structure, permits and season. You get a schedule for your project together with the quote, and we review it continuously during construction.
Can you help with building permits?
Yes. We prepare the documents needed and handle contact with the municipality. The decision itself is made by the municipal building committee.
What does the fixed price include?
Everything in the agreed documents. Changes and additions you order during construction are priced before they are carried out, so you always know what they cost.
Who is the certified inspector (KA)?
Most building projects require a certified control officer (kontrollansvarig) who is independent of us as the contractor. We help you find one.
What warranty do you give?
We give a warranty under standard industry contracts, counted from the approved final inspection. Before the warranty ends we carry out a warranty inspection together with you.
Planning to build?
Tell us about the plot, the idea or the drawings you have. We will come back with a proposed approach.
