Property maintenance and caretaking
Daily care of the building, grounds and systems – and an on-call team that answers when something breaks.

The caretaker is the person residents meet most often. We aim to send the same people back to the same buildings, so they know both the property and the people who live there.
All work is logged, so you can see what has been done and what it has cost.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as an emergency?
Faults that could cause injury or damage to the property if not fixed immediately – for example a water leak, a blocked drain, a power cut in the whole apartment, a break-in or a front door that will not lock.
How quickly does the on-call team arrive?
Emergencies always come first. When you call we assess the situation straight away and deal with anything that can't wait as quickly as possible – less urgent jobs are scheduled into regular maintenance.
Can we order snow clearing separately?
Yes. Snow clearing and gritting can be agreed for the season, with or without other caretaking.
How do we follow up on what has been done?
Every job is logged with date and action. You get a summary as often as we agree and can always ask your contact person.
Does your property need looking after?
Tell us about the property and what you need, and we will come and take a look.
