Property management for housing co-ops and owners

We handle the finances, the technical side and the administration so the board and the owner can focus on decisions.

Apartment building with a green facade and balconies

Management can be bought as a package or in parts. Many start with financial management and add technical management when the maintenance plan needs updating.

You get a named property manager who knows the building and can be reached directly.

Frequently asked questions

Can we change manager in the middle of the financial year?

Yes. We plan the handover with the board and your current manager so that invoicing, payments and bookkeeping continue without interruption.

How often is a ventilation inspection (OVK) required?

The interval is set by the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning and depends on the type of building and ventilation system. We keep track of when it is due, book the inspection and make sure any remarks are fixed.

How long is an energy performance certificate valid?

Ten years. We make sure it is renewed on time and suggest measures that lower your energy costs.

What is a maintenance plan?

A plan of which parts of the property need maintenance and when, often 30–50 years ahead. It is the basis for the budget and for allocations to the maintenance fund.

Can we buy financial management only?

Yes. Choose the parts that suit your co-op or property and add more later.

What would management cost?

Tell us about the property – number of apartments, premises and what you need help with. We will send you a quote.
