The on-call number will be shown here as soon as the line is up and running. Until then, report the fault and say it is urgent, and we will prioritise it.
In case of fire or danger to life – always call 112 first.
What counts as urgent?
- A water leak or blocked drain that could cause water damage
- A power cut in the whole apartment or building
- A break-in, or a front door or entrance that will not lock
- The heating has stopped working when it is cold outside
Not urgent?
Faults that can wait until the next working day go through the fault report form. It is for our existing customers.
